A famous pub in London became the first pub in the capital where customers could take off their clothes while sipping a beer.


The favorite Coach and Horses in Soho is the only pub in London to be given a nude license, and this rare license means that both guests and staff will be allowed to not wear clothes.

Located in the bustling Soho district of London (England), Coach & Horses is one of the oldest pubs in the land of fog. This address has just become the first pub in London allowed to welcome naked guests.

Don’t expect to see people naked all the time, though – every nudity needs to be arranged and agreed upon in advance, and nude drinking sessions will only take place on certain days.

This news comes after employees and loyal customers appear naked in a charity calendar, as part of the battle against the bar transfer. Independent landowner Alastair Choat fears the pub will become a boring place after the Fuller brewery refuses to extend the lease, which expires on June 1.

“To be honest, you are only afraid to be naked for the first 10-20 minutes. After that, you will not mind, because you realize that everyone is similar to you and no one notices you. If everyone is naked Dear, the scene would be very happy”, Alastair said.

When social media spread the news that Coach & Horses became a legal nude pub, owner Alastair Choat was busy with constant calls from customers around the world. Along with French House, Coach and Horses is one of the great drinking places in Soho. The play is currently being filmed at a pub, starring Robert Bathurst.

This popular pub also has a pioneering history in setting trends in the city after becoming the first pub in London to become completely vegetarian in 2012.
